1. When will I receive my order?

Most deliveries will occur within 2-4 days.  It could take a few days longer depending on other deliveries, holidays and unforseen events.

2. Do I need to be at home to receive my order?

No. Most of our customers are not home when we deliver. Simply provide us with instructions on where to stack the Pine Needles or directions on where to spread the Pine Needles.

10. How do I pay for my order?

Credit card payment is required, at the time of purchase, for all orders.

11. Are your needles fresh?

Our needles are raked and baled on a weekly basis; they come directly from the fields.

12. What is the best time of year to receive the vibrant red Carolina Long Leaf Pine Needles?

October to January allows for optimal color.

13. What are your delivery times?

Deliveries are made 7 days a week from 8am to dusk (times vary).
